Job Summary
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about sales in Logistics Industry? Join our growing team at SYNTRANS Logistics, a trusted partner in the logistics industry, and play a key role in managing our sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Actively conduct continuous field visits to reach out to potential customers, build new relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans focused on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
- Prepare and participate in customer bids, RFQs, and RFPs, delivering tailored proposals and presentations to win new accounts.
- Lead negotiations, define terms of sale, and close new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions, ensure smooth onboarding, and meet new customer expectations.
- Follow up on leads, track opportunities, and maintain a strong new-business pipeline.
- Build trust with prospects by demonstrating strong market knowledge and understanding of their business needs.
Qualification
- BA degree in Marketing, Business administration, Logistics and related fields
- Experience in sales roles in logistics industry is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Minimum 3 – 4 years’ relevant experience.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
