Sr. Field Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Actively conduct continuous field visits to reach out to potential customers, build new relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales plans focused on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
• Prepare and participate in customer bids, RFQs, and RFPs, delivering tailored proposals and presentations to win new accounts.
• Lead negotiations, define terms of sale, and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions, ensure smooth onboarding, and meet new customer expectations.
• Follow up on leads, track opportunities, and maintain a strong new-business pipeline.
• Build trust with prospects by demonstrating strong market knowledge and understanding of their business needs.

Qualification

• BA degree in Marketing, Business administration, Logistics and related fields
• Experience in sales roles in logistics industry is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Minimum 3 – 4 years’ relevant experience.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
