Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (1C, Pastel, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
- Supervise finance team and ensure accurate record keeping
- Advise management on financial planning and strategic decisions
