Sr. Finance Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (1C, Pastel, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
• Supervise finance team and ensure accurate record keeping
• Advise management on financial planning and strategic decisions
