Senior Frontend Developer

Job Description:

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Zare Innovations, you will be responsible for designing and implementing modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces that ensure optimal user experiences. You will work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. This role requires deep expertise in frontend technologies, a passion for creating engaging user interfaces, and experience working in fast-paced development environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead frontend development efforts, creating responsive, high-performance web applications.
• Build and maintain reusable, scalable code using JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure visual design is faithfully translated into functional code.
• Ensure a seamless integration between the front-end and back-end, working closely with backend developers.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility across devices and browsers.
• Implement modern, clean UI elements with a focus on delivering excellent user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards and ensure best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize frontend performance issues.
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and trends, integrating them into development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Frontend Developer, with a portfolio showcasing responsive and interactive web applications.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services.
• Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
• Familiarity with build tools and dependency managers such as Webpack, npm, and Yarn. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in collaborative environments.
• Ability to work on-site and engage with teams in person to drive frontend initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in frontend development.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Experience in mentoring junior developers is a plus.
