Job summary
On behalf of a large and well-established import and export company with a strong market reputation, extensive business operations, and a commitment to excellence in the import/ export sector, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR to join a fast-growing international working environment. This role requires strong HR experience and the ability to communicate fluently in English in a professional, international setting.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Support performance management (KPIs, appraisals, development plans)
- Manage employee relations and provide HR support
- Assist in HR policy implementation and improvements
- Support employee engagement and retention activities
- Coordinate with internal and international stakeholders
- Ensure HR processes align with company standards and labor requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience (recruitment, employee relations, or general HR)
- English proficiency at C1 level (near-native fluency required – spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
