Duites & Responsbilities
- Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to gather market intelligence.
- Analyze current market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in residential and commercial real estate.
- Prepare periodic market insight reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Identify new market opportunities and areas for business expansion.
- Collaborate with sales and project development teams to evaluate customer feedback and buying behavior.
- Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and industry trends that could affect real estate demand.
- Oversee data collection efforts, including surveys, interviews, and secondary research.
- Develop and manage customer satisfaction and post-sale evaluation metrics.
- Provide research-based inputs into product pricing, branding, and promotional strategies.
- Manage relationships with external research agencies, when applicable.
- Train and mentor junior marketing research staff.
Qualification
- BA/MA in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in market research, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, STATA, Excel, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of the Ethiopian real estate market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Project management and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and strategic thinking.
