Officer - Sr. Marketing Research

Duites & Responsbilities

• Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to gather market intelligence.
• Analyze current market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in residential and commercial real estate.
• Prepare periodic market insight reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Identify new market opportunities and areas for business expansion.
• Collaborate with sales and project development teams to evaluate customer feedback and buying behavior.
• Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and industry trends that could affect real estate demand.
• Oversee data collection efforts, including surveys, interviews, and secondary research.
• Develop and manage customer satisfaction and post-sale evaluation metrics.
• Provide research-based inputs into product pricing, branding, and promotional strategies.
• Manage relationships with external research agencies, when applicable.
• Train and mentor junior marketing research staff.

Qualification

• BA/MA in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in market research, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, STATA, Excel, Power BI).
• Deep understanding of the Ethiopian real estate market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Project management and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail and strategic thinking.
