Job Summary
The Senior Risk and Compliance Officer is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring organizational risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. The role supports the development and implementation of risk management frameworks, strengthens internal controls, conducts compliance assessments, and provides recommendations to minimize operational, financial, and regulatory risks while promoting a culture of accountability and compliance across the organization.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Professional certifications are an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the insurance industry is required.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
