Sr. Site Engineer

Alazar Mamo General Construction Company is looking for qualified candidates to hire for the Senior Site Engineer position.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and resolve technical issues on site.
• Manage site workforce, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of work procedures.
• Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports for payment certification.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions to avoid delays.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
