Alazar Mamo General Construction Company is looking for qualified candidates to hire for the Senior Site Engineer position.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and resolve technical issues on site.
- Manage site workforce, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of work procedures.
- Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports for payment certification.
- Identify risks and propose practical solutions to avoid delays.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
