MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for motivated graduates who meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering / Electromechanical, Automotive Engineering
- Graduated between 2022 and 2025 from a recognized university
- 1–2 years of experience in service or parts sales
- Strong academic performance and willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and technical thinking ability
- Ability to work in teams and field environments
- Additional professional training is a plus for selection
PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
