Get- As International PLC is a private Limited Company established in 1994 at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, between two brothers; to restructure their vision of Trade and Commerce which was already decades old sole trade business at the time. It is a company which is engaged in Real State, Import, Motors, Resale trading, Pharmaceutical and Cross border Transport Activities. Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- College diploma or higher level in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- 4 years of relevant experience out of which 2 years of experience as Service Shop Cashier in vehicle maintenance workshop
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
