On behalf of our client, a retail import shop, we are looking for qualified applicants who fulfill the requirements below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Explain product features, specifications, and prices clearly to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and stock availability.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Keep the showroom neat, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support politely and efficiently.
- Prepare daily sales reports and communicate customer feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year & above of experience in sales
- Diploma or above in any educational background
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for sales and Good presentation skills
- Computer Knowledge, like (Microsoft Excel)
- Male candidates only
