Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage daily store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure proper storage of materials. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of items
- Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment reports
- Issue materials as per approved requests
- Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and/or system-based)
- Conduct regular stock counting and reconciliation
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store
- Report damaged or missing items immediately
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
