We’re looking for dynamic applicants to join our team at GH Alliance Smart Bazaar. Our company is a private company working in different business sectors like importing goods from abroad, supplying FMCG to hotels, delivering basic consumer goods through door-to-door sales, and selling consignment goods at a permanent expo. This permanent expo is the 1of its kind in Ethiopia in providing all types of goods in one spot always from Monday to Sunday. Hence, we would like to invite competent and qualified applicants who can work on a full-time basis in our office in Addis Ababa around Gerji Mariam near ALFOZ PLAZA for the following position.
Job Description: You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the overall operations of the business, subordinate to the Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing shift scheduling and workload distribution to maintain optimal service levels,
- Ensuring prompt and effective delivery of customer orders,
- Monitoring and reporting on service metrics, identifying areas for process improvement,
- Reporting regularly to the logistics manager,
- Working closely with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to align customer care strategies with business objectives.
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience for diploma and 1 year for degree in a supervisory or team leadership role
