System And Document Officer

Education

• BSC Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Food Process Engineering, Food Science, or related fields.
• Additional training in quality management systems, documentation control, or integrated management systems is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in system documentation, document control, or integrated management systems.
• Experience in documentation processes related to quality assurance, food processing, manufacturing, or industrial operations is preferred.
• Practical experience in maintaining and implementing integrated management systems (IMS) is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and maintain company documentation and record management systems.
• Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of integrated management system documentation.
• Control document distribution, revision, updating, and archiving processes.
• Monitor compliance of documentation procedures with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Support quality assurance and audit activities through proper documentation management.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records for operational and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure document consistency and accessibility.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to documentation and system processes.
