Responsibilities
- Oversee revenue collection and trade license enforcement activities.
- Coordinate the office's plans and their execution.
- Manage revenue records and the information database.
- Monitor business operations and licensed business entities.
- Act as a checker/verifier of all tax reports and manage file arrangements.
- Ensure the correct execution of work processes within the office.
- Administer office contract and documentation processes, and ensure completion within the given timeframe.
- Manage telecommunication activities and ensure the proper introduction/use of communication channels.
- Execute additional assigned duties/matters.
- Prepare general financial and business reports.
- Manage and process vouchers (Voucher management).
- Act as a case handler, managing and processing various administrative or business-related cases.
Qualification
- Deep knowledge and skill in Tax and Revenue matters, including voucher issues and annual financial closure processes.
- Knowledge of Auditing, Reconciliation, and general financial management principles.
- Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a related field/role.
- Telecommunication and computer skills (Word, Excel, Database systems, Communication tools).
- Leadership and operational/execution skills.
- Demonstrated integrity/honesty and ability to work in a team.
