GlobeDock Academy is an e-learning platform in Ethiopia that provides high-quality, accessible education. We are looking for passionate Teacher Trainers to deliver teacher training programs in Afan Oromo and Amharic language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver teacher training sessions using Afan Oromo and Amharic.
- Use digital tools to enhance training, focusing on teaching strategies and classroom management.
- Create a supportive learning environment and provide feedback to help teachers improve.
- Adapt materials to meet the needs of teachers in different language-speaking regions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education or related fields.
- Proficiency in Afan Oromo and Amharic languages.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Experience in teacher training is preferred.
Skills and Expertise:
- Ability to simplify complex teaching concepts.
- Experience in educational training is an advantage.
