Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily sorting and dispatch of outbound mail.
• Coordinate with delivery agents and ensure mail is routed accurately and on time.
• Monitor performance and ensure operational compliance with company standards.
• Support the team with resource allocation and on-ground coordination.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a logistics or courier company.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role handling team coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and team management skills.
