Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily sorting and dispatch of outbound mail.
- Coordinate with delivery agents and ensure mail is routed accurately and on time.
- Monitor performance and ensure operational compliance with company standards.
- Support the team with resource allocation and on-ground coordination.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a logistics or courier company.
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role handling team coordination.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and team management skills.
