Work Experience
- 7–8 years of relevant legal experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a senior or supervisory legal position
- Experience in non-debt litigation, dispute resolution, or corporate legal matters is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise non-debt litigation cases and legal proceedings
- Represent the organization in courts and legal forums when required
- Review and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and case files
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Provide legal advice on non-debt-related disputes and risk matters
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely follow-up on legal actions
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Prepare periodic reports on litigation status and legal risks
