Job Summary
We’re looking for a Tech Project Manager to join our team and lead multiple software projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy professional who can manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to meet business objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins and sprint reviews to track progress and remove blockers.
- Ensure effective communication, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1–2 years) as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager in a software company or tech environment.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Technical background or familiarity with software development tools and processes (e.g., Jira, Trello, GitHub).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred.
