Purpose
The Technology Solution Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying client needs, presenting appropriate technology solutions, and closing sales. The role focuses on consultative selling, bridging business challenges with technology products and services while building long-term customer relationships and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for technology products and solutions.
- Understand client business processes and challenges, and recommend tailored technology solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution proposals to potential clients.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and implementation teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, contracts, and negotiate terms with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ years proven experience in technology, IT, software, fintech, or solution-based sales (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-oriented sales approaches.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
