Job Objective:
To provide appropriate service by maintaining good driving ethics, transporting bank employees or goods/property from one place to another for work, and maintaining the vehicle assigned to you in a proper and careful manner.
Duties:
- Ensures that engine oil, water, electricity, tire inflation, etc. are available before starting work.
- Provides services by operating the bank's heavy, medium, small, and light vehicles, transporting personnel or goods both in and out of the city.
- Ensures that the vehicle's needs such as fuel, spare tires, and wrenches are available.
- Purchases and distributes necessary items for the vehicle during field work, such as fuel and other supplies, with legal receipt
- Records the vehicle's odometer readings, starting and ending times, and the locations visited on a prepared form before and after the trip
- Monitors the replacement and repair needs of the vehicle and notifies the department head or transport administration in a timely manner.
- Performs minor repairs; immediately reports any major breakdowns to the Transport Administration.
- Properly counts and delivers the received property to the appropriate authority for delivery.
- Properly maintains the safety of the received vehicle.
- Monitors when the vehicle is brought to the garage for repair due to a breakdown; ensures that it is working properly; and, as necessary, informs the department head or the relevant party of the situation in a timely manner.
- Requests that the vehicle be serviced on time.
- Inspects the vehicle annually.
- Attaches the license plate and other documents requested to be attached to the vehicle body.
- Wears the bank's uniform and maintains its cleanliness during working hours.
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Education: 12th/10th Grade Complete; and Public I or Third level Driving License.
Experience: Minimum of 2 Years Driving experience. Experience in banking industry is advantageous.
