Our Company is looking for highly energetic, motivated and passionate applicants for the following vacant position.

Job Summary

Responsible for answering calls from customers and other parties. Schedules and dispatches appropriate vehicle to the caller and ensure proper routing and response time. Uses Computer-Aided-Dispatch (CAD), two-way radios, and multiple computer screens to gather, prioritize, and document caller information and communicate to the taxi drivers and other company staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following call centers scripts when handling different topics
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, research every issue, and providing solutions

Qualification

  • Must have experience working as a call center on a ride-hailing company or other similar company
  • Must speak fluently English and Amharic languages. /Advantage if you speak more than these 2/
  • Having good computer proficiency
  • Very good work ethics
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum +6 month experience in dispatching, call center, or customer service support
  • Exceptional knowledge of city streets and general service area geography
