Ethiopian Skylight Hotel would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of VALET PARKING/DOORMAN.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and visitors with appropriate greetings
• Open hotel main doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
• Assist guests with opening/closing vehicle doors
• Acknowledge and greet guests and provide professional, fast, and friendly service

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10+1/Level-I Certificate in Hotel Operation or any field of studies from a recognized TVET/ College/ University with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in big-scale catering institutes or Hotel Services.

Age limit: -18-35 years old

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALITIES

• Good level of English both written and verbal communication skills. 
• Good communication skills and committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Positive attitude, pleasant personality and smile all the time.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to unexpected tasks and challenges.
• Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service
• Effective time management and self-motivation in working independently toward team goals.
