Description: Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial records
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Conduct financial analysis and make recommendations to management
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly government duties such as payroll tax, pension, VAT, and withholding tax.
• Certified with Peach Tree (accounting software) and IFRS.
• Experienced with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Assist with reviewing expenses and payroll records.
• Update financial data in the database to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly reports.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in Peachtree
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience as an accountant over 3 and above year in finance.
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
