Job Summary

We're hiring a Senior Cashier & Collector with strong accounting and cash-handling skills to manage day-to-day cash, bank, and reconciliation operations. If you're detail-oriented, great with numbers, and can thrive under minimal supervision, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process payments (cash, checks, credit cards), issue receipts, and secure funds
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer against receipts and transactions
• Post charges and payments into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy
• Conduct regular account audits and reconciliations
• Prepare daily deposit slips and reconcile bank statements with internal records
• Manage petty cash, issue refunds, and process payments for purchases and deliveries
• Generate financial reports on receivables by category and service type
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding charges and account balances
• Collaborate with internal departments to confirm charges and account statuses
• Report discrepancies and refer delinquent accounts for follow-up
• Safeguard and track contents of safes, including valuables received and returned for safekeeping

About You

• Education: Diploma or BA in Accounting or related field
• Experience: 4 years or above total, with 2 years or above in a similar role (preferably in manufacturing)
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
