Job Description

Duty & Responsibility

• Generate new leads by meeting with customers
• Setting sales target
• Plan to reach the goal
• Discuss, negotiate, and close a sales agreement
• Prospect and network with adherence to company policies
• Researching prospecting clients
• Engage with buyers and show them properties
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly report
• Provide excellent customer service to customers throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing potential customers to meet their needs
• Ability to track customers' problems.
