Responsibilities:-

  • Actively attracting new dealers in the regions.
  • Meet dealership sales goals
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
  • Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding options best suited for our clients
  • Process all required documents efficiently and timely
  • Building a healthy pipeline and executing it in order to close your deals
  • Review and adapt your regional strategy to maximize results
  • Cultivate and maintain great dealer relationships
  • Clearly explain all aspects of a customer's purchase ensuring 100% Satisfaction
  • Engage in business development and be a team player as we strive for referrals and repeat business.
  • Grow distribution width in the sales regions
  • Grow distribution depth within the country
  • Revenue primary purchase by the distributor
  • Manage distributor outlet
  • Provide reports as required, give feedback on market intelligence and competition
  • Ensure timely and proper execution of sales-related activities within the country
  • Achievement of defined target
  • Ensure dealer's outlets meet the defined criteria
  • Manage and coordinate dealers' Sales Executives, within the assigned location
  • Manage business relationships with outlets in designated territory to always ensure stock availability and in the desired quantities.
  • Ensure adequate stock at point-of-sale
  • Train outlet owners/managers on delight products, selling tools point-of-sale materials and warranty handling
  • Provide learning and improvement feedback on the execution plan to the Regional Business Manager
  • Analyze competitor activities in the region and assess opportunities for business development,

Qualification:-

  • Bachelor's degree or higher of Engineering majored in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Marketing
  • Previous Sales experience with demonstrable and successful sales track record
  • Relevant industry background (Automobile industry) will be an added advantage
  • Previous working experience in a rapid sales growth environment preferably the automobile sector
  • Excellent people skills
  • An ability to build relationships with people at all levels
  • Demonstrate problem-solving capability and ability to create win-win situations while deriving desired numbers and outcome
  • Willing to spend an average of six (6) days a week in the filed
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality

Experience:-

  • 7 years and above from which at least 2 years in a related position preferably Automobile industry

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with frequent travel both domestic and international

Salary:Negotiable
