Our Recruitment Department is looking for an outstanding Human Resource Business Partner (Manager) to join our client's dynamic and newly established financial technology company.

Summary

A Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in guiding and supporting the human resource aspects of the company. They work closely with senior management to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the company. An HRBP is expected to deeply understand the company's goals and provide tailored advice on the implementation of HR strategies that will have a lasting impact on the company's success. Their responsibilities include talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations.

The role will report to the Operational Manager and work closely with management and employees to foster a positive work culture and support the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Workforce Planning:

  • Ensure the company maintains the optimal workforce size and skills for future success.
  • Quickly fill critical positions and optimize headcount effectively.
  • Implement employee recognition and reward systems.

Talent and Development:

  • Identify and address training needs to enhance employee competencies.
  • Implement talent mapping and succession planning.
  • Conduct objective performance reviews and align talent management across the organization.
  • Develop training on strategic topics, such as virtual Equb.
  • Ensure compliance with Learning & Development regulations.

Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment that promotes company values.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and the company, building respectful relationships.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys to maintain organizational health.
  • Guide change management and HR-related organizational changes.
  • Promote workplace diversity and oversee disciplinary hearings.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Align HR policies with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Craft employee retention strategies and review compensation packages periodically.
  • Implement attendance management systems and comprehensive talent management policies.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Design and implement communication plans for employee updates.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop HR strategies and provide guidance.
  • Support office administration and ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Master’s Degree:

  • In Human Resources, Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2+ years of HR experience preferably in the financial sector

- Bachelor’s Degree:

  • In Management or a related field, with at least 3+ years of HR experience preferably in the financial sector
