Job Summary:
CCCC is looking for a dynamic and proactive Receptionist to join our team in Gotera, Addis Ababa. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to manage front desk operations
- Experience with a Chinese company (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist staff with administrative tasks and office support
- Manage correspondence and incoming/outgoing mail
- Schedule meetings and manage appointments
- Operate basic office equipment and use Microsoft Office tools efficiently
- Act as the first point of contact between visitors and internal teams
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Chinese company
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
