Job Summary:

CCCC is looking for a dynamic and proactive Receptionist to join our team in Gotera, Addis Ababa. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to manage front desk operations
  • Experience with a Chinese company (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist staff with administrative tasks and office support
  • Manage correspondence and incoming/outgoing mail
  • Schedule meetings and manage appointments
  • Operate basic office equipment and use Microsoft Office tools efficiently
  • Act as the first point of contact between visitors and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Chinese company
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
