Job Summary

CCCC is looking for a polite, well-groomed, and service-oriented Coffee Lady to serve coffee and refreshments to staff and guests at our office in Bole, Atlas. The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Communicate in basic English
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the serving area
• Provide excellent hospitality

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve traditional Ethiopian coffee and other beverages as needed
• Welcome guests and offer refreshments in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure cleanliness of the coffee area, cups, and utensils at all times
• Manage inventory of coffee supplies and report when restocking is needed
• Assist in maintaining overall tidiness of common areas
• Support the office team with small errands or hospitality-related tasks if required

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Experience in coffee/tea service is an advantage
• Ability to communicate in basic English
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
• Punctual, respectful, and customer-oriented
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
