Job Summary
CCCC is looking for a polite, well-groomed, and service-oriented Coffee Lady to serve coffee and refreshments to staff and guests at our office in Bole, Atlas. The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Communicate in basic English
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the serving area
- Provide excellent hospitality
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve traditional Ethiopian coffee and other beverages as needed
- Welcome guests and offer refreshments in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure cleanliness of the coffee area, cups, and utensils at all times
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and report when restocking is needed
- Assist in maintaining overall tidiness of common areas
- Support the office team with small errands or hospitality-related tasks if required
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Experience in coffee/tea service is an advantage
- Ability to communicate in basic English
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
- Punctual, respectful, and customer-oriented
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
