East Africa Bottling S.C, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, is the sole bottler for Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia. We are very excited to invite qualified candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus for the position of Regional Sales Manager. The job holder is responsible to deliver volume and revenue growth by effectively managing the Sales and Marketing team, implement business plans and deliver customer service excellence. The position reports to the National Sales Manager. Key Duties & Responsibilities - Develop Sales and Marketing business plan of the region. - Ensure profit and performance delivery of the region as per the plan. - Develop and embed sales force effectiveness and sales force automation capabilities. - Lead the channel development and execution of Picture of Success. - Facilitate promotional programs and activities. - Ensure proper execution of Cooler Management. - Execute regular business reviews by customers. Job Requirements - First Degree in Marketing Management or Management or Economics or Business Administration or related field of studies with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales of which at least 2 years on managerial roles. - Must have an Automobile or higher grade driving license.
