We are looking for a talented video editor who can trim and assemble recorded footage, Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects by taking a brief to grasp the team’s needs and specifications. MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Trim and assemble recorded footages. - Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects - Work with our creative teammates - Graphics design and editing. - Editing audio. - Check video continuity. - Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Qualifications / education : - Educated and certified in one of the following fields or related - Certificate, diploma or university degree. - Video editing skills with video editing software (Adobe premium, Final cut pro, Filmora,). - Excellent reading, writing skills in English and Amharic. - Moderate typing skills in English and Amharic. Experience: - Minimum of 6-month previous experience in one of the above fields or similar [Applicants must show proof of previous work experience] Skills: · Excellent reading, writing skills in English and Amharic. · Intermediate typing skills in English and Amharic. · Good Graphics design skills on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator. · Good video editing knows how. · Excellent surfing/browsing/ skill in all relevant social media platforms. · Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, and maintain grace under pressure · Excellent web browsing, web research, and information gathering skills.
