Job Description Welcoming of customers and receiving of their clothes and orders Customer handling in a humble and respectful manner Collection of customer feedbacks, analysis and recommendation for improvement of company services Registration of customer information into company database Receiving of payments and invoicing Tagging- each customer’s bag separately Preparation of daily collection reports and handover to finance officer Transfer of customer orders to internal operation and follow-up on its progress Making sure that orders are processed before due dates Customer follow up and establishing a loyal customer group Answer telephone calls from customers and provide information or take their orders as appropriate Job Requirements Bachelors’ degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related fields from recognized university. Should have a minimum of one year experience in customer service related roles Very good command of spoken and written English and Amharic Computer Skill Salary: Gross 3,700 + Bonus + Tips
