Hadero Coffee Company engaged in the coffee value addition sector since 2019 G.C. The Company produces high quality roasted and ground coffee for the local and international market. Hadero Coffee envision to be the African Global Brand in providing excellent products to exceed the consumer's expectation. Now, Hadero is looking for highly motivated and experienced candidates to fill the following vacant position.

Scope and General Purpose

The Sales and Marketing are responsible for planning, organizing and leading the activities of sales and marketing. The manager will purpose and implement strategies to increase the sales volume and the market share of hadero coffee company. He/She will closely follow the marketing trajectories and maintain good customer relations.

Few Key Responsibilities

• Develop appropriate marketing strategies, policies and procedures;
• Conduct marketing research, sales promotion, export and local sales and study and evaluate channels of distribution;
• Carry out sales analysis of competitive trends and potentials, customer needs and preferences;
• Converts data to sales projections and data for planning;
• Recommend new products, new market targets and areas, distribution systems;
• Direct Marketing, testing and provide information for decision-making purposes;
• Explore foreign markets for products;
• Negotiate for sales and delivery of products within authorized limits;
• Followup continuously the major causes of customer complaints and suggests appropriate corrective

Qualification Requirement

• MBA/MA or BA in Business (Marketing, Sales, Management and others) and other related fields
• 4/6 years experience in sales and marketing out of which 2 years in Senior Management Position
• Proven experience in FMCG Sector
