Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and data entry
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Assist with tax preparation and government reporting
• Collaborate with senior accountants and auditors during audits
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, Excel)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
