Job Summary:
Kadisco General Hospital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of extensive experience in administrative support and possess a college degree. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and management.
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings and conferences.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as an administrative secretary or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Hospital Area is preferable.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
