Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for a Business Development Officer at DELIVER ICT. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, managing financial aspects, communicating with clients, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors/distributors
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor and report sales performances

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Analytical Skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• 2 years or more experience in IT sales or business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Business Administration or related.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of System and computing solutions will be a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
