Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and experienced Cameraman to join our media team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional videography, with hands-on experience in video editing and managing social media content. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage, producing engaging video content, and supporting our digital media presence across platforms.

Reports To: Partnerships & Resource Mobilization Director

Number of Position(s): One

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cameras and other equipment to capture high-quality video footage for various projects (events, interviews, documentaries, promotional videos, etc.)
• Edit videos using professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Organize and archive raw footage and final products.
• Ensure all video content is delivered on time and meets quality standards
• Stay updated with video production and social media trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in video production and editing
• Proficiency in using professional camera equipment and video editing software
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous video projects (short clips, interviews, social media videos, etc.)
• Good understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Basic graphic design skills (a plus)
