Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to handle customer transactions and support daily operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and experience working in a restaurant, café, or similar hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and maintain daily sales records.
• Operate the POS system and cash register.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
• Coordinate with waiters and kitchen staff when necessary.
• Ensure the cashier area is clean and organized.
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, preferably in a café, restaurant, or dining establishment.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

የደንበኞችን ግብይቶች ለማስተናገድ እና የዕለት ተዕለት ስራዎችን ለመደገፍ ወዳጃዊ እና ኃላፊነት የሚወስድ ካሽየር እንፈልጋለን። ተመራጭ እጩው ጠንካራ የደንበኛ አገልግሎት ችሎታ እና በሬስቶራንት፣ ካፌ ወይም ተመሳሳይ የእንግዳ አገልግሎት አካባቢ ውስጥ የስራ ልምድ ሊኖረው ይገባል።

• የደንበኞችን ክፍያዎች በትክክል መቀበል እና ማስኬድ
• ደረሰኞችን መስጠት እና የዕለቱን የሽያጭ መዝገብ መያዝ
• POS ሲስተም እና የገንዘብ መመዝገቢያ ማሽን መጠቀም
• ከፍተኛ የደንበኛ አገልግሎት መስጠት እና ለደንበኞች ጥያቄዎች እገዛ ማድረግ
• አስተናጋጆች እና የኩሽና ሰራተኞች ጋር በአስፈላጊነቱ መተባበር
• የካሽየር አካባቢን ንፁህ እና የተደራጀ ማድረግ
• የቀን የገንዘብ ሪፖርቶችን ማዘጋጀት እና ግብይቶችን ማስታረቅ

መስፈርቶች

• እንደ ካሽየር ቢያንስ 1 ዓመት የስራ ልምድ፣ በተለይ በካፌ፣ ሬስቶራንት ወይም ተመሳሳይ የምግብ አገልግሎት ተቋም ውስጥ
• መሰረታዊ የኮምፒውተር እና POS ሲስተም እውቀት
• ጥሩ የመግባቢያ እና የደንበኛ አስተናጋጅነት ክህሎት
• ታማኝ፣ ኃላፊነት የሚወስድ እና ለዝርዝር ትኩረት የሚሰጥ
• ፈጣን በሆነ የስራ አካባቢ ውስጥ መስራት የሚችል
