Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Addis Ababa for Coaches/Trainers at STEM for Kids. The Coaches/Trainers will be responsible for teaching and training children in robotics, engineering, and computer programming through various programs and classes.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field (university certificate required)
• Working language and interview conducted in English
• Ability to provide a degree certificate or official university transcript
• Willingness to work on-site in Addis Ababa

Qualifications

• Flexible enough to adopt STEM concepts and teach STEM subjects to children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
