Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Addis Ababa for Coaches/Trainers at STEM for Kids. The Coaches/Trainers will be responsible for teaching and training children in robotics, engineering, and computer programming through various programs and classes.
Requirements
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field (university certificate required)
- Working language and interview conducted in English
- Ability to provide a degree certificate or official university transcript
- Willingness to work on-site in Addis Ababa
Qualifications
- Flexible enough to adopt STEM concepts and teach STEM subjects to children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and inspire young learners
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
