Job Summary
BA Manufacturing is looking for a detail-oriented Cost and Budget Head to oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning processes. The role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure cost efficiency and accurate financial reporting to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor, and manage annual budgets and cost reports.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.
- Provide cost and budget insights to management and recommend improvements.
- Supervise and guide accounting and finance teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
