Entry Level Operations & Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operations support: Assist in daily logistics operations including shipment coordination, dispatching, and delivery tracking.
• Deliver customer service: Communicate with clients to resolve shipping or delivery concerns.
• Support sales efforts: Assist in promoting our services, managing leads, and contributing to achieving monthly sales targets.
• Conduct client visits: Engage directly with prospective businesses through field visits and service presentations.
• Handle reporting & admin: Maintain accurate records and help with routine administrative tasks.
• Encourage team collaboration: Work closely with both the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields
• 0 year of Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• A driving license is encouraged
