Requirements
- Female candidate (married preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service or client relations
- Excellent communication skills (Amharic & English)
- Professional, well-organized, and client-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in person and by phone/online
- Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage customer feedback, comments, and complaints
- Coordinate appointments and client follow-ups
- Support sales team with customer updates and client records
- Maintain customer database and file documentation
