Requirements

• Female candidate (married preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service or client relations
• Excellent communication skills (Amharic & English)
• Professional, well-organized, and client-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in person and by phone/online
• Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage customer feedback, comments, and complaints
• Coordinate appointments and client follow-ups
• Support sales team with customer updates and client records
• Maintain customer database and file documentation
