Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operations of Medical Dispatch Riders
- Responsible for the onboarding and management of vendors within LifeBank Ethiopia
- Ensuring OVA compliance
- Facilitating the processing of orders in real-time
- Ensuring full compliance with all operational regulations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing or operation roles
