Job Summary

The Data Encoder is responsible for entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining accurate data records within the company database and information systems.

The role requires ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, timely processing of records, and supporting smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Review and verify source documents before data entry.
• Update existing records and maintain accurate information.
• Organize electronic and physical files properly.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
• Identify data errors and report inconsistencies promptly.
• Assist other departments with documentation and administrative support.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification

• Degree in IT, Information Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.

Experience

• 0 years of experience (fresh graduates can apply).

Required Skills

• Good computer skills and typing accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
