Data Operations Officer

We are urgently looking for a reliable and organized Data Operations Officer to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are comfortable working with computers, handling digital information, and supporting daily operational activities. Candidates who are fast learners, attentive to detail, and able to work in a structured environment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately encode and update data into company systems
• Support daily system administration and operational activities
• Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain digital records and files
• Monitor and manage system-related tasks as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of company information
• Complete assigned tasks within required timelines and targets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and related software is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and time management
• Must have a personal Laptop/PC
• Applicants living around Bole or nearby areas are preferred

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 3:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Local Time)
• Saturday: Half Day
