Job Summary:
The BI Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions using Power BI. This role ensures accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting for decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into BI solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI reports.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate BI tools with existing data systems.
- Document BI processes, data models, and report specifications for maintainability.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BSc in Computer Science, Design, or related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience with BI tools, particularly Power BI.
- Skills: Expertise in Power BI, data visualization, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
