Qualification & Experience
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Projects Management field, plus a minimum of Twelve (12) years relevant experience, with at least Three (3) years in a managerial role.
- Construction-related software in Engineering (AutoCAD, SAP, Arch cad (added advantage).
- A Master’s Degree is preferred.
Job Summary
The jobholder is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the overall activities of the Headquarters building project on behalf of the Bank. She/he directs all aspects of the New Headquarters Building Project of the Bank, from initial planning to final completion. He/she will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors and various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the desired quality standards.
