The Programme
Palladium is developing a proposal to implement the FCDO-funded Transforming Education in Ethiopia programme (TREE). This programme is a £20m Technical Assistance (TA) Facility supporting improvements in Ethiopia’s education sector across three key outcome areas:
Programme Timeline
The FCDO is anticipated to release the TREE Programme Invitation To Tender in December 2024, with the programme expected to commence in 2025. TA will be provided on a demand-driven basis throughout the programme's 4-year duration.

Timing and Location
The timing and location of the consultancies will vary depending on the needs of the recipient and the nature of the assignment. Funded travel to remote locations within Ethiopia may be required, and remote work is also possible.
