Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and official schedules
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize files, records, and office documentation
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
