Executive Assistant (Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
• Coordinate travel arrangements and official schedules
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Organize files, records, and office documentation
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
