- Supervise and manage all finishing activities on construction sites.
- Ensure all finishing work meets quality standards and project specifications.

- Plan and schedule finishing tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on finishing techniques.

Qualification
- Proven experience as Finishing Forman Minimum 7 years
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material
